Sangam Health Care to seek members’ approval for transfer of Medical Disposables Business

Sangam Health Care Products has decided to seek members approval through postal ballot, for transferring its business undertaking relating to manufacture and sale of medical disposables (Medical Disposables Business) as a going concern on a slump sale basis. The board at its meeting held on July 04, 2012, has approved for the same.

Sangam Health Care Products is a joint venture company between Patil Group of Companies and Boin Medica Company, South Korea. The company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Medical Disposable Devices.
