Date: 05-07-2012Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that the ESOP allotment committee at its meeting held on July 04, 2012, allotted 5,167 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each to the eligible employees of the company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002 and the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company, in all respects.
Further, in this allotment, no shares are allotted to directors and the paid up capital of the company increased to Rs. 419,921,140 divided into 83,984,228 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each.
