NBCC moves up on inking MoU with SDI to construct training institute

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 211.55, up by 1.80 points or 0.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 209.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 212.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 212.90 and Rs. 211.00 respectively. So far 21668 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 291.75 on 08-Nov-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 176.00 on 17-Apr-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 214.50 and Rs. 206.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 18877.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.40% and 10.10% respectively.

National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Skill Development Institute (SDI) Bhubaneswar for developing a construction training institute.

To be built at a cost of 900 crore in two phases, the institute will have a total built up area of 1.8 lakh square meter and will facilitate empowering of youth in Odisha with relevant skill sets and train them in various disciplines.
