Mold-Tek Packaging allots equity shares under ESOP
Date: 05-07-2012Mold-Tek Packaging has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 05, 2012, has allotted 37,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 26 per equity share [comprising nominal value of Rs.10 and premium of Rs.16 ] to the allottees, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employees, under the Mold-Tek Packaging Employees Stock Option Scheme.
