Allied Digital Services is planning to form wholly owned overseas subsidiary company. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on April 19, 2018, to consider and approve the same.

The company is also planning one-time settlement with respect to outstanding dues of State Bank of India by assignment of said dues to Kotak Mahindra Bank.
