S Mobility incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

S Mobility has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of 'S Mobile Devices'. The company’s board has also approved the sale/transfer of the handset business of the company to S Mobile Device. However, the above is subject to the approval of the shareholders and such other approvals/sanctions as may be required in this connection.

S Mobility is engaged in manufacturing of mobile phones. The company offers a wide range of mobile handsets catering to all segments -- low, medium, high-end.
