Allied Digital Services’ Board has approved to make one-time settlement of dues to State Bank of India (SBI) for Rs 60.34 crore (Fund based and Non-fund based), by assignment of the same to Kotak Mahindra Bank in accordance with the terms and conditions of State Bank of India. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on April 19, 2018 has approved the same.

The company’ Board has also approved formation of a wholly owned overseas subsidiary company.
