Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) step down arm has incorporated Mahindra Susten Bangladesh (MSBPL) in Dhaka, Bangladesh under the laws of Bangladesh on April 19, 2018. MSBPL has been incorporated as a subsidiary of Mahindra Susten (MSPL), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Mahindra Holdings (MHL), which in turn is a WOS of the company.

MSBPL has been incorporated to carry on the business of engineering, procurement and construction contractors for power plants including renewable energy, etc.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
