Adani Enterprises and Prakash Asphaltings and Toll Highways (India) have incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) namely - Bilaspur Pathrapali Road (BPRPL) on April 21, 2018 in the ratio of 74:26.

The JVC has been incorporated for development, maintenance management of 4-lane with and paved shoulder configuration of Bilaspur - Pathrapali (Km. 0+000 to Km. 53+300) section of NH-111 (New NH-130) in the state of Chhattisgarh under Bharat Mala on Hybrid Annuity Mode on Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT Annuity or Hybrid Annuity) basis.
