Larsen & Toubro Infotech has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2018, to consider, approve and take on record, the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018, along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon. Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors may consider and recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, for approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2018 to May 25, 2018.
