Prime Securities grants stock options under ESOS
Date: 06-07-2012Prime Securities has informed that the compensation committee of the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on July 06, 2012, has granted 1,85,000 employee stock options to the eligible employees and directors of the company and its subsidiary companies, at an exercise price of Rs. 15 per equity share, as per the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 of the company.
