L&T Finance Holdings has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 3, 2018, has recommended a dividend of Re 1.00 per Equity Share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.
