Date: 07-07-2012Shirpur Gold Refinery has informed that the board of directors of the company has inducted Manoj Agarwal as an additional director in the category of independent director, on the board of the company with effect from June 28, 2012.
Further, Manoj Agarwal has also been nominated as a member of the audit committee of the board with effect from the said date of appointment.
