India Infoline allots equity shares under ESOS
Date: 07-07-2012India Infoline has informed that the compensation committee of the board of directors of the company by way of a circular resolution dated July 06, 2012 allotted 5,000 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes of the company.
Upon allotment, the equity base of the company stand increased from 28,90,81,953 equity shares to 28,90,86,953 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
