Benzo Petro International to sell Gujarat assets for Rs 26 crore

Benzo Petro International has received an approval to sell 100% assets consisting of land, building plant and machinery of the company situated at Vadodara in Gujarat for total consideration of Rs 26.00 crore to be paid by way of shares of Sudar Industries. The board at its meeting held on July 07, 2012 has approved for the same.

Benzo Petro International manufactures and exports various benzaldehyde products. The company’s products include CMIC Chloride used in the manufacture of Cloxacillin Sodium and DCMIC chloride, FCMIC chloride, para chloro benzaldehyde, ortho chloro benzaldehyde and benzo nirile, ortho chloro benzo amine, and ortho sulphonic benzaldehyde.
