Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) arm - Are Villa 3 AB, Sweden has disinvested its entire stake in Are Villa 4 AB, Sweden. Consequently, Are Villa 4 AB ceased to be a subsidiary of Are Villa 3 AB, and in turn of the MHRIL and that of the company.

Are Villa 3 AB, Sweden is a step down subsidiary of Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland, (HCR).  HCR is a subsidiary of MHRIL, which is a listed subsidiary of M&M.

M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
