Assam Company India appoints statutory auditors
Date: 09-07-2012Assam Company India has informed that at the general meeting of the company held on July 09, 2012, the members present, appointed De Chakraborty & Sen, chartered accountants, as the statutory auditors of the company. The new statutory auditors will hold office from the conclusion of this general meeting till the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
