Hindalco Industries Ltd.

Hindalco Industries has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.

The company has reported a fall of 24.98% in its net profit at Rs 376.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to net profit of Rs 502.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has decreased marginally by 0.70% at Rs 11,886.02 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 11,969.66 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.

For the year ended March 31, 2018, the company has posted a fall of 7.73% in its net profit at Rs 1436.49 crore as compared to Rs 1556.89 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income of company increased by 9.89% at Rs 44,382.75 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 40,388.29 crore for the period ended March 31, 2017.
