The meeting of board of directors will be held on May 19, 2018 for considering raising funds by way of non-convertible debt instruments, non-convertible preference shares, and amendments to the memorandum of association and articles of association as may be required, subject to shareholders' approvals as applicable and regulatory/statutory approvals and requirements.
