Goldman Sachs divests 655,632 shares of OnMobile Global

Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius, a foreign fund house has offloaded 655,632 shares of OnMobile Global, India’s largest value-added service (VAS) company. It has sold the shares through open market transaction for Rs 34.01 per share valuing the deal to Rs 2.22 crore.

Onmobile Global offers contest management, content aggregation and distribution, voice short codes, mCommerce solutions, missed call alerts, multimedia push services, mobile advertising, mobile search, ringtones, ringback tones, personalized music greetings, mobile media portals, phone backup, voiceportals, and voice SMS.
