Anu's Laboratories to sell company’s unit located at Medak district

Anu's Laboratories has received an approval for sale of company’s unit located at Patancheru Mandal, Medak district in Andhra Pradesh. The board at its meeting held on July 09, 2012 has approved for the same.

Further, the above sale of company’s unit is subject to the approval from members, lenders and other statutory authorities as required.

Anu's Laboratories is engaged in the manufacture of quality drug intermediates to meet the needs of international customers. Its state-of-the-art R&D facilities, located at Balanagar, Hyderabad, support the process of product development, contract research and customised synthesis programmes of the organization.
