Flex Foods board recommends dividend
Date: 10-07-2012Flex Foods has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 09, 2012, have recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs. 2.00 per share (20%) subject to the approval of the shareholders, for the year ended March 31, 2012. The dividend if declared at the annual general meeting will be paid on or after August 25, 2012.
