Cil Securities informs the resignation of CS and vice president
Date: 10-07-2012Cil Securities has informed that Srikanth Godavarthi, company secretary and vice president has resigned from the company with effect from May 02, 2012.
Further, the board of directors at its meeting held on May 25, 2012 has accepted the same and consented to relieve him of his duties retrospectively with effect from May 02, 2012. Consequently administrative powers given to Srikanth Godavarthi - company secretary and vice president have also been revoked on account of his resignation.
