Date: 10-07-2012Precision Wires India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 04, 2012 to August 09, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 09, 2012.
Further, the dividend on the equity shares of the company, as may be declared / approved by the members of the company at the AGM will be paid on or before September 08, 2012.
