Pfizer announces book closure
Date: 10-07-2012Pfizer has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 26, 2012 to August 02, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 02, 2012. The said dividend, if declared at the forthcoming annual general meeting, will be paid on August 16, 2012.
