Saksoft gets nod to acquire further 20% stake in Dreamorbit Softech
Date: 30-05-2018Saksoft’s board has considered and approved the proposal of further acquisition of 20% of the Equity Share Capital in Dreamorbit Softech, subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 30, 2018, approved the same.
