Intellect Design Arena has received approval for raising funds of up to Rs 500 crore through issuance of securities including equity shares and/or other securities convertible into equity shares, including through public issue and/or on a private placement basis and/or preferential allotment in the form of equity/warrant to Promoters/others, and/or any other kind of issue including through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). 

The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on June 1, 2018, approved the same.

Intellect Design Arena is a digital technology product solutions provider to the Banking and Insurance industry, across Global Consumer Banking (iGCB), Central Banking, Global Transaction Banking (iGTB), Risk, Treasury & Markets (iRTM) and Insurance (Intellect SEEC).
