Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing (Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NELCO has informed that the Board of Directors (on the recommendation of the Nomination, HR and Remuneration Committee), has approved the re-appointment of Nath as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company for a period of 3 years commencing from 13th June 2018, subject to approval of the members. The existing term of appointment of Nath expires on 12th June 2018.
