Global Offshore’s overseas arm acquires Anchor Handling Tug cum Supply Vessel

Global Offshore Services’ Netherlands-based wholly owned subsidiary Global Offshore Services B. V. (GOSBV) has acquired an Anchor Handling Tug cum Supply Vessel (AHTSV). The vessel is a 60 Ton AHTSV built in August 2009, having FIFI 1 and DP1 capabilities.

Recently, Global Offshore Services B. V. (GOSBV) had issued and allotted 5,573,834 shares for a consideration of $13,870,000, to an investor.

Global Offshore Services presently owns and operates a fleet of six anchor handling tugs cum vessels (AHTSV’S) and five platform supply vessels (PSV'S). The company's vessels are working in various markets including India, Europe and Far East.
