Persistent Systems has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 concluded at 1230 HRS (IST), has approved the Report of the Directors to the Members of the Company to be published in the Annual Report for the financial year 2017-18. The Notice and the items to be transacted at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, July 27, 2018.The Board of Directors also went through the other important parts of the Annual Report viz. Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, Business Responsibility Report and the rest contents; and approved the same. The complete set of Annual Report and the Notice convening the 28th AGM will be sent to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
