Vakrangee informs about outcome of board meeting
Date: 08-06-2018Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vakrangee has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company, Vakrangee Corporate House, Plot No. 93, Road No.16, M.I.D.C. Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093, to consider and approve Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Company’s securities shall remain closed with immediate effect and shall open 48 hours after the results are made public.
