JSW Steel has reported crude steel production of 13.99 lakh tons (LT) in May 2018, a growth of 3% over the corresponding month of previous year.

The production of rolled products (long) increased to 3.29 LT as compared to 3.09 LT in May 2017, representing a growth of 6%. The production of rolled products (flat) stood at 9.56 LT as compared to 9.39 LT in May 2017, representing a growth of 2%.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
