Wipro resolves issue of stock options
Date: 11-07-2012Wipro has informed that administrative committee of board of directors vide circular resolution dated July 10, 2012 resolved to issue and allot 30667 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Option Plan 2004, Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.
