Trent announces book closure
Date: 11-07-2012Trent has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 25, 2012 to July 27, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 60th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 10, 2012.If the dividend on equity shares, as recommended by the board of directors, is passed at the forthcoming annual general meeting, such dividend will be paid / dispatched on or after August 14, 2012.
