In terms of compliance of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, trading window of the Company is closed for the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from 14th June 2018 to 18th June, 2018.
