Titan Company transfers entire stake of TTPL to Danlaw Technologies

Titan Company has transferred its entire stake in Titan TimeProducts (TTPL) to Danlaw Technologies India. Consequently, TTPL ceased to be a subsidiary of the company with effect from June 18, 2018.

Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
