Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharti Infratel has informed that Pankaj Miglani will be stepping down as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effective from the close of business hours on August 9, 2018. He will be taking up another role within the Bharti Group. Further, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 22, 2018 have appointed S. Balasubramanian as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effective from August 10, 2018.
