PFC gains with arm incorporating WOS

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) is currently trading at Rs. 76.25, up by 0.55 points or 0.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 75.70 on the BSE.

Power Finance Corporation’s arm - PFC Consulting (PFCCL) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) ‘Vapi II-North Lakhimpur Transmission’ on June 25, 2018.

The company has incorporated WOS for developing the independent transmission scheme ‘Western Region Strengthening Scheme-XIX (WRSS-XIX) and North Eastern Region Strengthening Scheme-IX (NERSS-IX).

PFC provides large range of financial products and services like project term loan, lease financing, direct discounting of bills, short term loan, and consultancy services for various power projects in generation, transmission, distribution sector as well as for renovation and modernization of existing power projects.
