Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Regulations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NIIT Technologies has informed that the Company will be submitting quarterly and year-to-date un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the Limited Review Report thereon, to the Stock Exchanges within forty-five days of end of each quarter during the Financial Year 2018-19. The Company shall also be submitting audited annual standalone and consolidated financial results along with the Audit Reports within sixty days of the end of the Financial Year 2018-19.
