Lords Chloro Alkali accepts resignation of director
Date: 13-07-2012Lords Chloro Alkali has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 12, 2012, has discussed and approved the resignation of Ashok Kumar from the post of managing director and as director, Somesh Kapai as director with effect from June 28, 2012 and Jagtar Singh as director (Technical) of the company with effect from June 18, 2012.
Further, the board appointed Ajay Virmani as managing director of the company with effect from July 12, 2012.
