ITC allots ordinary shares
Date: 13-07-2012ITC has informed that the company on July 10, 2012 issued and allotted 66,30,430 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each, upon exercise of 6,63,043 options by optionees under the company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from July 10, 2012, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 782,95,58,210 divided into 782,95,58,210 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each.
