Kotak Mahindra Bank reports 17% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Kotak Mahindra Bank has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.

The Bank has reported 12.29% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,024.94 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 912.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the Bank increased by 19.44% at Rs 6,644.29 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 5,562.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the Bank has reported 16.90% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,574.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 as compared to Rs 1,346.82 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY18. Total consolidated income of the Bank increased by 15.10% at Rs 9,903.56 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 8,604.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
