JSW Steel completes acquisition of Aferpi, Piombino Logistics

JSW Steel through its wholly owned subsidiary in Italy, JSW Steel Italy S.r.l., has completed the acquisition of 100% shares each of Aferpi S.p.A and Piombino Logistics S.p.A and 69.27% of the shares of GSI Lucchini S.p.A on July 24, 2018.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
