Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises’ subsidiary -- Adani Tradecom LLP (ATLLP) -- has sold its 51% stake in Adani Renewable Energy Park (AREPL) to Adani Green Energy (AGEL) on August 09, 2018. Consequently, AREPL has ceased as subsidiary of the company. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 2,55,000.
