Date: 18-07-2012Mayur Floorings has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 28, 2012, to consider, approve and adopt the unaudited financial results of the company for the financial quarter / period ended as on June 30, 2012, the performance review & business proposal, if any and the statutory work & fillings, if any.
Further, the board will also consider appointment / resignation of office bearers, if any and AGM preparation and related statutory work.
