Adani Enterprises’ Wholly Owned Subsidiary -- Adani Agri Logistics has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries namely, ‘Adani Agri Logistics (Dhamora) (AALDL)’ and ‘Adani Agri Logistics (Borivali) (AALBL)’ both on August 08, 2018.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
