ITC informs about allotment of shares
Date: 23-08-2018In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that the Company on 22nd August, 2018 issued and allotted 75,22,360 Ordinary Shares of Re 1 each, upon exercise of 7,52,236 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 22nd August, 2018, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1223,13,42,281 divided into 1223,13,42,281 Ordinary Shares of Re 1 each.
