Bajaj Finance has raised funds aggregating to Rs 31 crore through private placement. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held on August 24, 2018, has allotted 310 Secured redeemable non-convertibles debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
