Cochin Shipyard Ltd.

Cochin Shipyard has paid a dividend of Rs 122.34 crore to Government of India on August 21, 2018. After the Initial Public Offer of equity shares of CSL, the Government holds 75% in the equity share capital of CSL and the balance 25% is held by the general public. The company is paying dividend for the tenth consecutive year.

Cochin Shipyard is the first Greenfield and presently the most modern shipbuilding and ship repair yard in India. The company caters to clients engaged in India’s defence segment and global commercial shipping sector.
