Bajaj Finance has raised funds aggregating to Rs 60 crore via private placement. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held on August 29, 2018, has allotted 600 Secured redeemable non-convertibles debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
